Working with Crystal was great! She took the time to understand my injury, assessed if there were other factors, and periodically checked in against those goals. She gave me things to do at home to speed up healing. I would definitely recommend her!

I primarily have worked with Kara Martindale and Alicia Heading. Both super Physical Therapists that are encouraging and listen with patience. They do expect you to do your at home exercises that they give you between office sessions for best outcomes in their Physical Therapy Process.

Crystal and Abbi are fantastic! When I began my therapy I was dragging my left leg because of pain due to an injury. Now I am in better physical shape than I was before the injury.
